These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Legendary Wonders Travel Company, including but not limited to travel booking, tour packages, safari experiences, accommodation arrangements, transportation services, and related travel assistance.

By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Services Offered

Hotel and lodge reservations
Airport transfers and transportation services
Travel itinerary planning
Guided tours and excursions
Custom travel arrangements upon request

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment as agreed.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
The company reserves the right to refuse any booking request at its discretion.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all booking details provided are accurate.

4. Payments

A deposit is required to secure bookings, with the remaining balance due before or upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation of services.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation before the travel date:
More than 30 days before departure: partial refund may apply (minus administrative fees)
15–30 days before departure: partial refund or credit voucher may apply
Less than 15 days before departure: limited or no refund
No refunds are issued for no-shows or unused services.

6. Changes and Amendments

The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes requested by the client after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.
We strive to provide equivalent alternatives when changes are necessary.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss of belongings, and other travel risks.
Legendary Wonders Travel Company is not responsible for any loss or damage not covered by insurance.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documents
Complying with immigration and local laws
Arriving on time for scheduled departures
Following safety instructions from guides and staff
Informing the company of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance

9. Liability

Legendary Wonders Travel Company acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, airlines, etc.).
We are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, loss of property, or damages caused by third-party providers.
We are also not responsible for force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or weather disruptions.

10. Health and Safety

Clients must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
The company reserves the right to deny participation if a client poses a risk to themselves or others.
Any medical emergencies during travel will be handled with appropriate assistance, but costs remain the client’s responsibility.

11. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported immediately during the trip or within 7 days after completion of services.
Complaints must be submitted in writing with full details.
The company will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, images, and materials related to Legendary Wonders Travel Company are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data. Any information collected during booking will only be used for service delivery, communication, and legal requirements. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

14. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, or technical failures.

15. Amendments to Terms

Legendary Wonders Travel Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
